ANGELA G. KIM, Partner
Angela Kim has worked as both a plaintiff's attorney and insurance defense litigator during her legal career and has trial experience.
Her background includes the defense of many types of litigation, including medical malpractice, governmental entity work, broker's and agent's liability, professional negligence, construction defect, automobile liability (including uninsured/underinsured motorist, set-up and staged accidents), premises liability, strict products liability, toxic tort claims (e.g., carbon monoxide), asbestos claims, breast implant claims, coverage opinions, first party losses and examinations under oath, appellate work, wrongful termination and employment related matters, intentional tort claims (e.g., defamation), subrogation, and a range of general civil liability matters.
Angela is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Southern California Association of Defense Counsel.
