Jason Mauck is a partner in the Oakland/Concord office of Ericksen Arbuthnot and practices in the areas of real estate, personal injury and employment law. He is a contributing member to the real estate practice group and focuses his real estate practice on affordable housing property management representation and landlord/tenant law, as well as representing property managers in a wide variety of cases. He is also a member of the East Bay Rental Housing Association and writes for their publication.
Jason is proud to have represented Goodwill Industries of the Silicon Valley, Eden Housing Management and the Walnut Creek Marriott in past actions, as well as numerous individual clients and professionals.
Prior to joining the firm, Jason worked as a plaintiff-side personal injury and landlord/tenant litigator and volunteered his time at the Eviction Defense Center in San Francisco. He recently won a First District Appellate Decision in a personal injury case.
He has written numerous articles on employment, real estate and personal injury law and has spoken on these topics at a number of chambers of commerce and client events.
While in law school, Jason was a two-time recipient of Pro Bono Society honors award and interned at a trust and estate planning office as well as a non-profit employment resource center where he advocated on behalf of clients in unemployment insurance appeals and wage claims.
Jason lives on the coast-side of the San Francisco peninsula and enjoys playing with his pet poodle and making fun of professional golfers in his free time.
