Julie Driscoll Farrah is the former Assistant Managing Partner in the San Francisco office. She joined the firm in 1988, and has extensive experience in all areas of civil liability, including defense of class actions and complex litigation in both state and federal courts. Julie has successfully briefed and argued before the California Court of Appeal.
Her practice areas also include product liability, construction defect defense, asbestos litigation, professional liability in the defense of health care practitioners, travel agents, and real estate agents/brokers. She has successfully defended manufacturers and retailers in catastrophic injury cases, and has represented private and governmental employers in matters relating to breach of contract, negligence and defamation.
Julie is AV® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. In addition to her trial and appellate practice, she has extensive experience and success in the mediation process.
Julie has conducted seminars and lectures on topics including accident prevention and reporting, preventive risk management, and malpractice avoidance to client representatives of international manufacturers, local real estate companies and food and restaurant organizations.
