Lisa is a partner in the Los Angeles/Southern California office, and is a Co-Chair of the firmís Products Liability Practice Group. She is AV® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Her practice includes products liability, fire law, premises liability, professional liability, elder abuse law, medical malpractice, real estate agents and brokers, construction defect, toxic/environmental torts, copyright and trademark infringement, employment law, and a range of general civil liability matters.
Lisa has jury trial experience in many venues throughout Southern California and has had a number of verdicts and settlements reported. She has handled multiple cases in U.S. District Court including Americans with Disabilities (ADA) cases, products liability, patent infringement and trademark infringement cases. She has arbitrated and mediated hundreds of cases in all areas of civil liability defense.
Lisa is a member of the Products Liability Committee of the Defense Research Institute and is the current Chair of its Fire Science & Litigation Specialized Litigation Group. She is also a member of the Steering Committee of the Products Liability Committee of the Defense Research Institute.
Lisa fundraises for Autism Speaks and is honored yearly as Grand Club member for fundraising over $1000.00. She and her husband, who is also an attorney, spend their free time going to rock concerts and sporting events and keeping up with the four part time jobs of their adult daughter and with their rambunctious twelve year-old son who is on the Autism Spectrum.
