Reggie practices in the areas of general tort litigation, including matters involving personal injuries, construction defects, hazardous mold, and premises liability. His construction defect experience includes the defense of various trades in numerous single family and multi-family residential housing matters designated as complex litigation. These matters routinely consist of multiple party disputes and frequently involve six-figure demands and multi-million dollar claims. Reggie has represented employers in wrongful termination, discrimination, intellectual property and other types of workplace litigation.
