WILLIAM A. JENKINS, Partner
Bill joined the firm in 1990 and became a partner in 1995. He is the Co-Chair of the firm's Workers' Compensation practice group.
His diverse practice includes construction defect, construction site accidents, premises liability, products liability, professional liability, vehicle accidents, commercial transactions, toxic torts/mold claims and Workers' Compensation. His clients, both private and those through third party administrators and insurance companies, have included developers, general contractors and subcontractors, product designers and manufacturers, national retail and restaurant chains, as well as real estate and health care related entities.
