(June 10, 2009 - Walnut Creek) - Ericksen Arbuthnot today announced that James Kinack and Brian Sanders have been promoted to partner, and Christina Lopez has been hired as an associate.
James Kinack works in the firm's Bakersfield office and is co-chair of the firm's workers' compensation practice group. He holds a J.D. from Whittier College School of Law and a B.S. from Hawaii Pacific University.
Brian Sanders practices in the Oakland office and is a member of the construction and real estate practice groups. Brian received his undergraduate degree in philosophy, cum laude, from the California State University at Fullerton. He received his J.D. degree from Loyola Marymount University at the Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, as well as additional mediation training under the program's founder, the late Professor William Hobbs.
Christina Lopez joined the firm as an associate in the Sacramento office and is a member of the products liability practice group. She holds a J.D. from the University of San Diego and a B.A. from the University of California, Davis.
