(August 16, 2010 - Walnut Creek) - Ericksen Arbuthnot today announced the addition of attorneys in three of the firm's California offices.
Robert Lofton joined the firm's Los Angeles office as an associate and is a member of the firm's employment practice group. He has represented a wide range of clients in diverse claims in all areas of employment, including sex, race, and disability discrimination and harassment. His clients have included Fortune 500 companies, national and international companies in a broad range of industries, as well as entrepreneurs and public entities. Bob holds a J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law, an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University, and a B.A. from the University of Southern California.
Nou Lee is an associate in the firm's Sacramento office. She is a member of the construction, professional liability, and real estate practice groups. She holds a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and a B.A. from the University of California, San Diego. She is fluent in Hmong.
Timothy McCaughey joined the Fresno office as an associate. As staff counsel for two major insurance carriers, and then in private practice, Tim has focused his practice almost exclusively on insurance defense. He is a member of the firm's construction, personal injury, products liability and workers' compensation practice groups and is a member of the workers' compensation section of the State Bar of California. He holds a J.D. from the University of Santa Clara and a B.A. from Pomona College.
