The Business Transactions group deals with two main areas:

Business Formation concerns the formation of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships.

Commercial Transactions involves the creation, interpretation and application of contracts in a commercial setting.

Within the scope of these areas, our attorneys have handled diverse situations that have included a range of transactions, including:
